I love all of these suggestions. I have to work on them all, however the main one is removing negative people from my life. I find myself allowing these same individuals in over and over. My weeds that were really hard to pull were, of course, family members. I do not believe blood relationship somehow gives anyone the right to be more disrespectful or more boundary-less than any other perosn.
So I pulled those weeds and I am so much happier for it. Me time is a haven, living in the now is my mantra. The other points are all in check except that darn weeding. My weeds that I refer to were my Father and my soon to be ex-Husband. If I wanted a life without regret and misery I had to pull them like weeds and cast them out of my life.
